Correct Uniform Placement:
Sew on the left sleeve of the Service Dress Blue coat
Position the stripes at a 45 degree angle
The lower edge of the bottom stripe should be 2 inches above the cuff
Stripes are sewn on as one connected piece for straight, even alignment
Additional stripes earned later are sewn 1/4 inch above the previous set, maintaining the same angle and spacing
