Correct Uniform Placement:
Sew on the left sleeve of the Service Dress Blue coat
Place at a 45 degree angle
The lower edge of the stripe is positioned 2 inches above the cuff
If additional service stripes are earned, sew each one 1/4 inch apart, stacked upward at the same angle
