Created to recognize those who serve in key roles that shape the professional development and welfare of fellow service members, this ribbon reflects a commitment to mentorship, discipline, and Air Force core values.
This ribbon is only awarded for service on or after 4 September 2014 and cannot be awarded retroactively. It comes in a slide-on version, ideal for standard ribbon racks used in official uniforms.
