RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it in good condition within 15 days for a refund. Please note that you need to call or email us for authorization to return merchandise prior to you doing so. We also cannot accept returns for "Clearance" items.
NOTE: Special orders such as magnetic thin ribbons ribbons will be accepted for returns on a case by case basis. Magnetic Thin Ribbons with attachments will not be accepted for return unless a mounting error was made.
Certain conditions and/or restrictions may apply.
When ordering a Magic Rack or any Magnetic Thin Ribbons, please ensure you have approval from your command prior to placing your order. We cannot accept any returns on magnetic thin ribbons as they are custom made to your service needs.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will not be credited for the full purchase price.
Pin-iT RETURN PROCEDURES
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below. Obtain a Return Authorization within 15 days of the original ship date by calling 954-358-9473. Please provide the following information when requesting a return:
· Original order number (located on packing slip),
· name of product being returned,
· reason for return,
· your name,
· daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
· Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode intact, and that all components, manuals, and accessories are included.
For your protection, insuring the package and using a "traceable" shipping method such as USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground is suggested.

99% of in-stock product orders ship within 24 business hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for custom orders and Magic Rack- Magnetic Thin Ribbons to be hand crafted and shipped.
Purchasing Priority mail for your Ribbon racks does not mean that your ribbons will be delivered to you within 2-3 days of purchase. Using this option as with any shipping option for your custom ribbon orders means that once your custom order is completed we will ship it out using the shipping method you chose. The time it takes for us to make and ship out your custom ribbon order depends on how many orders are in front of yours. * If you need a Magnetic Thin Ribbon Rack by a certain date please contact us first to see if we can accommodate your specified delivery date.
We cannot guarantee delivery times to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO/FPOs are affected by the logistical needs of particular theaters of operation. Please consult the USPS or unit mail rooms for information about delivery times to specific APO/FPO addresses. NOTE: Choosing an expedited shipping option for an APO/FPO address does not insure faster delivery.
Credit will be issued after we receive, inspect, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
If the product has a defect when customer receives it, we will either re-make your order FREE OF CHARGE or offer our customer a discount based on a case-by-case basis (depending on the severity of the product defect and the number of defective products involved)
